Support Packages

We offer a variety of PC Support options to meet our customer's specific needs. We have provided our customers affordable support packages.

- Email Support: FREE

Provides customers with the ability to send an email about their problem to a support consultant who will respond to the email within 24 hours. Just send us an email at support@inhomesolutions.com

- Basic Support: $9.95 per month per household

Provides customers with phone support between the hours of 6:00pm to 10:00 pm which is when you need it most. This package includes 20 problems per year.

- Basic Support Plus: $29.95 per month per household

Provides the same support as the Basic Support Package but adds onsite support if needed.

- Extended Support: $39.95 per month per household

Provides customers with phone support between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, 5 days a week. This package includes 20 problems per year.

- Extended Support Plus: $59.95 per month per household

Provides the same support as the Extended Support but adds onsite support if needed.
